2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the fi99 platform. All services on this platform are open only to those aged 21 and above.

- Providing a false age may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

3. Account Registration and Management
Registration Process
When creating an account on fi99, it is mandatory to provide the following information accurately and in full:

- Correct date of birth

Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Never share your login details with any third party.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Only one account per person is permitted.
- Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.
- All bonus benefits will be fully forfeited.
As part of the fi99 KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a government-issued ID or other relevant documents may be requested at any time for identity verification. This process is essential for fraud prevention and user protection.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the fi99 platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following payment methods can be used to make a deposit:

- Bank transfer (approved banks including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, and Sonali Bank)

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.
- fi99 reserves the right to temporarily hold unusual withdrawal requests for review.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the fi99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion applies.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members on fi99 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
- The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳300.
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
- Once a bonus is activated, the wagering requirement must be completed within the designated time period.
VIP Cashback Program
fi99 offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer applies once per person, per household, or per IP address.
- Bonus funds are not transferable to third parties.
- fi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without reason.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Each promotion may have a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
The fi99 platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which should be read carefully before starting.
- Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
- If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be considered void and the balance will be refunded.
- If a bet or game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the result will be determined according to fi99 server records.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments) and football (FIFA World Cup, club tournaments).
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard sports betting policy.
- Odds in live betting may change at any time.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

9. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
All users of the fi99 platform must use the platform in an honest and fair manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Technical Fraud
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
- Any attempt at hacking or cyber attacks.
Financial Fraud
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Attempting to fraudulently initiate chargebacks or payment reversals.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
Other Prohibited Conduct
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users.
- Creating or managing an account using false information.
- Running unauthorized promotions using the fi99 name or brand.
- Participating in collaborative betting or match fixing.
Consequences
If prohibited activities are found, the following actions may be taken:
- Immediate temporary or permanent closure of the account.
- Forfeiture of all bonuses and earned rewards.

- Pursuing recovery of damages through legal means.
10. Account Closure & Termination
10.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your fi99 account at any time. To do so, contact our 24/7 live chat support. Please withdraw any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) before closing your account.
10.2 Closure by fi99
fi99 may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms or the code of conduct.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Failure to meet the age requirement.
- Account left inactive for an extended period (as per policy).
10.3 Consequences of Account Closure
Upon account closure, all active bets and bonuses will be cancelled. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with fi99's rules; however, in cases of fraud, it may be fully or partially forfeited.
11. Limitation of Liability
fi99 bears no liability in the following cases:
- Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with the user's device.
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence or poor decisions.
- Issues caused by the failure of third-party software or services.
- Unauthorized access to a user's account where the user has shared their login credentials themselves.
- Any losses incurred while the service is down for technical maintenance.
In any circumstance, fi99's maximum liability shall be equal to the amount used in that specific transaction.
